Ingredients:

  • 5.5 oz sirloin steak
  • 2 t. oil
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, thinly sliced in 2 inch pieces to fit on bun
  • 1/3 c. onion, thinly sliced in 2 inch pieces to fit on bun
  • pinch garlic powder
  • 1 oz Swiss cheese, grated or sliced
  • 4 King’s Hawaiian , Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Directions:

Thinly slice steak to fit easily on the little rolls.

Heat oil in saute pan, add the pepper and onion, and saute for 5 minutes, stirring often.

Move the vegetables to the side of the pan, and add the steak slices and garlic powder, stir until cooked, about 2-3 minutes. Mix together the vegetables and steak..

Divide the vegetables and steak mixture into 4 portions, top with 1/4 of the Swiss cheese. Place lid on pan, remove from heat to allow cheese to melt.

Carefully lift each portion and place on the bottom of each bun, making 4 portions.

Total sodium is 508mg.

Serve with french fries and salad as a meal, or serve as an appetizer.
