Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks with Chili Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks- what ever quantity you want- but 4 fit well in the air fryer basket
  • Trader Joe’s Chili pepper Sauce- 0 sodium
  • Blue cheese, optional
  • celery, optional

Directions:

Marinate your drumsticks in Trader Joe’s.Chili Pepper Sauce for 20 minutes.

Set your air fryer to 400 degrees  Place the drumsticks in a single layer in the basket. Cook for a total of 18 minutes, turning over after 10 minutes.

After the drumsticks have cooked for 18 minutes, remove and if desired, top with more chili pepper sauce.

Serve with Blue cheese and celery if desired.

Count the sodium in your drumsticks and add nothing for the chili pepper sauce as listed.

If you are using the Blue cheese and celery, you must count the sodium in those.
