Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a small jar. Put the lid on tightly and give the jar a good shake.

If it is not all used, refrigerate. Shake well before using again.

Makes about 25 tsp servings, each tsp serving has 29 calories, 0mg sodium, 0.2 carbohydrates
