Ingredients:

  • 2 c. mini penne pasta, cooked 9 minutes, drained
  • 1/4 c. Member’s Mark Crumbled Bacon
  • 2 slices Sargent Swiss Cheese, diced
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 4 T. Kalena’s Pesto (found on our website)
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • freshly ground pepper

Directions:

Using a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, mix well.

Grind the fresh pepper on top.

Serve room temperature or chilled.

Makes 4 servings.
